Vineyard Manager
We’re looking for a Vineyard Manager to join the team at Titch Hill. In this role, you’ll oversee all vineyard operations, from vine care and pest management to the harvest. You’ll manage a small team, coordinate seasonal labour, and work closely with the Head Winemaker to ensure the highest-quality grape production. We’ve committed to organic-only practices, and you’ll play a key role in maintaining and advancing our sustainable approach.

What We Are Looking For
-
At least 3 years of vineyard experience, either at management or supervisory level.

A higher level viticulture or sciences qualification preferable.

Proven experience working to organic principles and an interest in biodynamic principles.

A confident and experienced tractor operator.

PA1 and PA3 safe use of pesticide certificates.

Deep knowledge of viticulture, sustainable practices, and vineyard machinery.

Capable of efficiently managing seasonal workflows and labour requirements.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail with a proactive approach to vineyard operations.

Other Essential Requirements

Right to work in the UK.

Full driving licence.

Must be comfortable working independently in all weather conditions.

Flexibility with hours is key, including occasional weekends and bank holidays, particularly during the busy harvest season.
