Bonaire marks our first foray into cider making, a bold co-ferment of 80% Dabinett apples and 20% Pinot Noir. Don’t be fooled by the noble addition - this isn’t your delicate, refined cider-is-wine type cider. Bonaire is a bougie scrumpy with a twist, made for easy, good-time drinking without overthinking. Fun, lively, and full of crunchy late-harvest character, Bonaire is a cider for barn dancers and effigy-burners alike.
