The Space
Make yourself at home in our newly renovated 200-year-old farmhouse. This bright and airy room features a king-sized bed, views of the rolling hills, and a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sheep wander by. A travel cot is available on request. The room also has a generously sized en-suite bathroom with a freestanding roll-top bath, walk-in shower, and twin sinks. Wake up to the soothing sounds of nature and uninterrupted views of the South Downs just outside your window.
We provide continental breakfast supplies and a bottle of Titch Hill wine as part of your stay with us.
Guest Access
Guests have access to a shared kitchenette and breakfast room. The kitchenette includes a Moccamaster filter coffee maker, kettle, fridge, toaster, and continental breakfast supplies. From your bedroom, the kitchenette is located down the main stairs and to the left, through the doorway under the stairs.
Please note: we don’t offer full cooking facilities. As we’re primarily set up as a bed and breakfast, we recommend heading out for dinner to one of the many great local restaurants.
During Your Stay
You’ll be staying in our family home, and we’ll be around if you need anything during your stay. You can also call or message using the number provided if you have any questions.
It’s a lived-in space, so you might occasionally hear us or our young children around the house — but we’ll always do our best to make sure you have a peaceful and comfortable stay.
Other Things to Note
Titch Hill Farm is set in a beautiful, peaceful spot in the heart of the South Downs. Whether you’re a keen walker, a wine lover, or simply looking to switch off, there’s something here for everyone — from local hiking trails and vineyard visits to charming village pubs and scenic drives.
In 2022 we took Titch Hill Farm into in-hand farming. This is the first time that our family has farmed the land in the estate's 250-year history.
