100 percent Divico from loamy clay on the edge of the Romney Marsh. Hand destemmed, one week on skins, then a gentle rest in old French oak. Inky, almost opaque, yet bright and fresh. Red fruit right up front, a mineral line running underneath. Structured, elegant, led by freshness rather than weight.
